Stay up to date - Emergency First Response is always a good choice
No matter if you are preparing for a day out in the woods or go for the big trip, we recommend to stay up to date with an emergency first responder course (EFR). The course is comprised of primary care and secondary care modules, providing comprehensive instructions in CPR and First Aid .
